KSIOP is the only official organization that represents the interests of Korean I-O psychologists and it aims to develop the science and practice of psychiatry. KSIOP has published the psychiatry journals i.e., The Korean Journal of Industrial and Organizational Psychology quarterly since 1988. KSIOP also organizes KSIOP conferences twice a year, one in the spring and the other in the fall to provide information on networking opportunities for I-O psychologists. Several leading Institution in the country are spearheading the psychiatry research.
